Mag254 not loading

Running Mag254 with Jan file, everything was working fine till yesterday and now Loading bar is showing but not going anywhere.

I have checked online to make sure url is correct for nfps and it is. shows my box should be on 4.iptvprivateserver.tv

i have also tried rebooting box several times and reboot portal and comes to same screen where loading bar is.

Any suggestions?

Same here. Was working yesterday, after having been down. Changed portal as instructed, it worked. Today, back to the spinning candy cane. No customer support. Frustrating. Wish they would post issues on their website so we didn't have to guess.

Mine is working again. Didn't do anything so I guess they were down and now back up. Be nice if this could hold on until my subscription ended.

Its seems that got it working again but had to leave unplug for a few minutes then do iptv reset and then plug back in. (i use to do iptv reset with box on and that would fix issue but looks like they changed up things)

I keep getting the progress bar loading issue ...every time it ask for user an pass but doesn't go beyond that point

Unplugged it for a half hour rebooted and it then connected
