IPTV Stalker Papiao "Authentication Failed" Error

I setup IPTV Stalker Papiao with one of my donations but getting "Authentication Failed" Error, I entered the donation number on login and password. I also entered the last three sets of the MAC address of the Firestick that has the IPTV Stalker Papiao. Am I doing something wrong?

Is the MAC address from the firestick what you used when you set up the account? Check the donation at the Donaton Checker to make sure you are using the correct MAC address. Depending on your donation source, you can check here...

Do an IPTV Reset if all is correct.

After configuring the addon, did you do a IPTV Reset? Are you sending either custom device info, or letting the addon do it for you?
