If you do have a donation from NFPS, you were assigned a new portal url, which you can find on the donation checker. It appears that the donation checkers are slow, or down for now. It would be *.iptvprivateserver.tv, (or portal*.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html for Kodi 16) where the * is 1 through 5..

Ok ... have several customer indicating unable to connect. Can you confirm if the system for rocket is down at the moment .. they have lost service 4 days now

Rocket is up for me. That could change in a papiao minute. Research would show you that many had problems over the past few days, with all three supported servers. Help yourself by helping your clients know that some down time is normal in this hobby.

Then your doing something wrong, besides the recent down time the servers have been running great. If you spend time trying different things to fix whatever issue your having you will be more than happy with the service. Yes you do actually have to figure out your issues as everyone's different and nobody but you are at your house/setup.😉

Changed server yesterday as was indicated on the Papio site worked great until about 8 PST last night went down while watching and now when i reboot it just sits on the barber pole no yellow stripe i switched from 11 to 3.___________ not able to logon to Rocket checker to see if it has been changed again.

My rocket is up but but only a handful of channels you can actually watch has been this way for 3 weeks now. I have another service with HD channels and it works fine.WIll not mention name and don't ask me. SO does my other addons. So i know its not my internet on my end. I have used STB, stalker Papio and stalker PVR and all same effect. I read where some people says theirs working ok. Makes me wonder if its what location you in as to how your service works. I changed mac number numerous resets and nothing worked. I really like this service better than some of the others because of more channels. Also using the STB the weather thing is no longer there, which makes me no difference. But in last 2 weeks when i launch it it connects but no channels in list i have to back out clear cache and then they will populate. I also bought new router, got VPN. I am thinking its servers and what location you are in thats causing this now. My location is in United States southern KY.

Hi daddyrat as I have mentioned before the servers are in a country that doesn't have the best ISP provider.. With that said you migh have great internet speed and other addons work great but they are not located in the same place as these servers. So unfortunately just because those work great doesn't really mean much if anything... If everyone was having the issues you describe this forum would be filled with complaints about the samething. I'm not sure if you can fix it to get it working so you don't have any issues. Refer to post 4 in this thread and it explains what the issue possibly is:

Information about what is happening is not very forthcoming, yesterday i was able to log into Rocket checker and it told me my server had changed and it worked i am now stuck on the barber pole and won't log on.
Now when i am able to get into the first part of the checker i enter the number and it keeps coming up invalid number yet it did work yesterday, very frustrating!

This system worked pretty decent before they implemented these security measures i hope it is keeping out the bandits because it seems to be keeping the paying customers out.

Still down since Sunday. All settings correct. Just checked and have 8 down days in last two months.

I am down too. It seems like this thing has become more and more complicated for me. I will just keep checking back to see what is happening. By the way, I have been down since Sunday too. I am now seeing a website to go but it crashes everytime I enter my donation.
