My mag 254 is working good on live tv and vod movie but there is no audio since yesterday,any help is highly appreciated.

Reboot the portal and try again, if that does not work reboot the unit it self.

I did reboot and i even did factory result,video are perfect but still no audio.

How is your box connected to tv?
khyiat, the audio is fine for me so it must be some thing on your end, maybe change the hdmi cable, check your audio settings

what did you do? i also have the same problem since yesterday. prior to the firmware update. the only other thing i did yesterday different was i installed someones (who i won't mention at this time to avoid a false alarm panic of any sort) new playlist shortly prior to loosing the sound. did you possible take this same path? anyway, mine still has no audio. how did you fix it? i tried switching cable with no results. thanks
