3.iptv Working / 5.iptv Not working

I have 2 boxes here

The first on STB emulator running on 3.iptvprivateserver works fine

The second, a Mag250, running on 5.iptvprivateserver not loading past the candy stripe bar.

Is it a server issue with 5?

should be working as I finished setting my folks up an port5 is working .

using mag254 on portal 3 as assigned and not loading past the loading bar. Have tried portal restart, restart device and a hard boot, but nothing but the loading bar sitting empty.

Try to do a iptv reset

i have 3 to load channels but the channels don play all channels are black

It was working yesterday but not today, therefore a reset should not be necessary.
