today my mag 250 authentication pop up window re apeared. i have several months left on my donation. is this common?

i cant find my print out with my login and password. what do i need to do to have rocket resend it to me?

It turns out that you need to change your portal URL address. You do need your original donation number, which when you enter it into the donation checker it tells you which portal URL you need, eg starting 1,2,3,4, etc
Then on a reboot you will be asked for your user name and pass word, which is your donation number. If you really don't have your original donation number you will need to contact Rocket or Private server to try to retrieve it!
Sometimes solutions are posted but not all in one place on the Forum.

I have changed URL from 11. to 1. to 2. to 3.to 4.to 5. and nothing works.
in AUTHENTICATION I put LOGIN-route number,in PASSWORD-route number and ERROR pops up
Went to route checker it says iptv portal-66.iptv66.tv put that in and same thing ERROR
Check in DONATION STATUS put in donation number which is the route number and
THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS INCORRECT pops up.
Tried order number,email and nothing.Does someone know what to do cause I'm fried.

I had the same thing happen a couple days agoso I put in my donation number for password and login works great, but you will need your donation.

As to what I know the donation and route are the same thing.I have been renewing the same route for about 10 months
and now it says ERROR.

Well guys at last I got my portal working and I am up again and seeing a couple of channels.
I got a new portal.
