problem with Stalker app apk.

I found a stalkeriptv app that looks like it has potential for adding other servers but it is only sold to resellers..

After I registered it required a premium account which I can't upgrade to because I'm not a reseller.

Is there an unlocked version of this app so I can add additional servers to.. Thanks
