Have a problem with friends box

My friend has a vixio2 it is gone blank and says android is upgrading how do you fix this I have no menu keys the box won't load the apps it is stuck on a blank screen saying android is upgrading and under that it says starting apps but won't start apps I was wondering if someone has had this problem a ticket has been submitted it is build 107 and it is a new vixio2

I would do a factory reset if I had menu buttons but there is nothing

ok do toothpick trick cant see the back of my box but small hole unplug box push tooth pick tell you here a click plug back in and screen will come up do a factory rest there like i said cant look at my box now
