being asked for login an password upon entering info getting error message have tried rebooting router an stb still no go.

The username and password you are entering are both your donation number, correct?

Did you change the address to the address that is now given to you when you login into your account? You need to do that or you will get an error...

No so your donation number is your username and password. When you login to your information on papio it says :
Iptv Portal... Then it will give you the Poratal address your suppose to be using ;)

If you are attempting to access portal 2 it is down right now. There might some others down also but can't confirm that.

My donation still says 11.iptvrocket.tv so no portal change as far as I can see. I've been down a couple days waiting for the dust to clear. I use stalker.client nfps help please. ????

This is crazy, change this change that unplug for a day reset , i can't even get to the settings and it wants me to log in to iptv 66 idont use 66 i have rocket, i paid for a service the least someone could do is give some clarity to this mess, i have been around since the bud days so i do have experience . This is like buying a car and the dealer telling me i have to figure out how to put the steering wheel on, this is rockets mess and they should straighten this screwed up mess up. We paid you money for a service and this is the junk we get.

I have a problem with my new donations every day after April 4 conestan donations not tell me Stalket says Clien Authentication failed. Ratrying that can be done thanks

it is due to your mac address not being linked and no one seems to know how to link your mac address to your keys so you may have to buy a new box

I've been away for a week so I just walked into this mess. Turned on the Mag, entered my donation # - Authentication error. Guess I'll go try my backup :)

Don't tell people they have to buy a new box. Things will get sorted out.
First, people need to check their portal address in the Donation Checker. For those using NFPS, the portal address has certainly changed. When you're certain your information is entered correctly in the box, turn it off/unplug it and do an IPTV Reset. That alone should get many back on track. The Donation Checker adresses are listed below.

Strange as I am up and running and no issues, but before that I could not connect and kept getting the yellow bar and lock ikon with key sticking out, Now I can connect without any issues, This seems to be a Security issue not a server issue ? This is like Almond joy, Sometimes it feels like a nut and sometimes it don't :o/ LOL

put the original portal back in that being 11.iptvrocket and put my code in and it came right on in.

Got it to work just did a system update ...an it worked..thats all it took
