donation number dont work

I had a avov tv online box to go out no light comes on so i had another box so i deactivated that one and entered a new mac address and got a new donation number but it wont connect now says error in donation so i got another donation #and says the same thing can someone please help me.

You need to wait until the servers are back up. At this point, you can do all the configuring you want and you won't be able to connect. Read the announcement at the top of the home page. Check some of the messages in the IPTV Private Servers area.

I'm not that familiar with that box, but I suspect it will do that until it makes a successful coonection, which it can't currently accomplish

It won't work until the servers are back up! Leave it alone.. Once you see an announcement that the servers are up running again try it then.. Until then it won't work just like Ilan said...

Ok servers are up but im not it says error when i try to activate donation then when i check the donation and mac it says active.i am very stumped

I don't think you understand... the head end is down... its not going to work you will have to wait like everybody else... keep checking the "Announcements, Rules and Important Updates" section... once everything is up again it will be announced

you may make it to another area of the setup process but its not going to fully complete... its not just you its everybody.

Well all i did was have my box unplugged. Went and checked my donation. Made sure the mac addy was right then hit the iptv reset. Plugged the box back in after i exit the donation checker and been watching tv ever since. That was yesterday and this am im still watching tv on iks66.
