black screen

after reloading the portal, i kept having a black screen. is everyone having this problem on their mag254?

Yes same problem, reset numerous times and now Blue bar but no yellow progress!

well that will teach me // it was working fine (well a good as it gets?) and I decided to re configure my localisation and well the rest is history, I cant get back in tried faque changing mac address .. rebooting a number of times all I get is either the eternal loadingbar but now it has switched to the black screen ,, I guess that is worst at least the eternal bar gives you a little bit of false hope /// I dont know why they are trying to securitise such a crappy system // I for one am looking for better alternatives this system sucks to the highest degree // its been over a year now and it keeps on getting worst //

You are new here so I will not say anything except watch your tone in your posts. I have been a user from the beginning and as others will say, This is what "testing" is all about. You take the good with the bad and gripe a little, and get over it. And just about everyone knows the system is DOWN.

You should really start paying the cable or satellite company $100+ a month then you will be happy with there service... They even have a complaint dept for people just like you! This isn't for you obviously so do yourself a favor and make the call and start paying for 100% up time & 1000% more money a year 😂
