Anyone else having freezing problems with the mag254?

At least your box came up from the loading phase. Mine just sits there and does nothing. This is a server issue and I think they are aware of it.

a good solution to freezing is to change your HD rating from 1080 to 720 and change the buffer size .... depending on the channel / movie from 4-9

Yes, I have it; but fixed it by replacing wireless to wired. When I went with wired ethernet, the freezing disappeared; so the freezing problem was from my wifi adapter. Don't use wifi on this box, just use ethernet cable then you are good to go.
