this is what sucks about this service, it goes down way to often and since all the admins can connect they will never acknowledge that there is anything wrong with the service. I guess all users on multiple posts are making this up.

The reason they were saying it was up was because it was up for them, and that included me. The service is back up for me now. I'm watching CNN without any problems. Reality is not koolaid. Stop thinking there is a vast conspiracy underway.

I never denied that its not working for them.. just surprised it works for them everytime and it takes a long time for them to acknowledge something went down. i am not drinking any koolaid just trying to get them do some support on all the users complaining on multiple threads. its nice to have cult followers

They would have nothing to gain by stating its working for them if it's not... This is just a support forum and they make no money from this.... The service doesn't go down that much, if your constantly having issues then it might be something else. We are all connected to the same server so it's not like they have some special access that we don't have

We do know that the server has been up and down in the past 24hrs.. So with that said I wouldn't change anything at all and wait to see if it comes back up working. Mine was down an hr ago when I turned it in, I waited 15 min or so then retried it and it was back up. I didn't change any settings and just retried to connect.. 👍👍

Your new and I guess you don't understand yet how this works... You will be down and miss El Clasico unless you have a backup TV source like many of us have... You posting your down over and over does nothing to speed up the server being brought back online!

Yes, IM having the connection problem with my STB emulator specially in the morning, and sometimes during the afternoon, connected perfect for a few times and then it wont connect. My internet is 300 mgps very fast. Any other program in my android work a 100% is just the stb emulator connection always the proble, I reset my donation and start working again but then start having the same issue. I was wondering if it is the server problem??

It is a server issue... Stop messing with your settings.... It's only going to cause more issues for you when the server is back up and runnin

What would you like for an announcement? Yes some are down and some are up... It's been like this sense last night, when some of can connect and others cannot. It looks like they are working on the server but who knows for sure. The server people don't really keep anyone in the loop as to what they are doing. As stated before I personally wouldn't start resetting or changing any settings as we know there is something going on 👍👍
