I tried to play an mp4 video on my mag254 via usb and the video wasn't encoded correctly (video was glitchy) so I unplugged my mag and unplugged the usb drive. Re-plugged in my mag and now my iks66 portal won't load. At first it would go past the informir logo to a black screen but I changed my resolution to 720p-60 for that. Then it went to a black screen but with the loading bar (bar never progresses). Did an IPTV Reset (box off), waited about a minute, plugged box back in and now it get's to the loading screen background (blue-ish background) but the loading bar doesn't appear. Anyone know how I can fix this? I double-checked the mac for my account and it matches the box. Also rebooted router and then box (in that order). Shouldn't of made a difference because my other devices are online but I saw that that is a good step to try. Currently, it is now on the regular loading screen but the loading bar never progresses.
EDIT: Reset to default settings. Now when I put my username/password in (should be the same values) and press OK nothing happens. Is the service down?
