username password not found

I cannot find the e-mail from Papiao giving me my password as everything was going fine until I got back from 3 months in Florida and now back at home, no TV, I see I need the password that I cannot find or the e-mail giving me this info. Is there a way to have this info sent to me? I at least have the Mac number maybe Rocket or Papiao can locate the password that they sent me when I ordered for the Mag 254.
I know I have at least 6 months left.
Please let me know if there is something that can be done.

the only thing I can send is a mac# I do have other passwords but they are all for friends that I ordered for, unfortunately my info I cannot find I will PM you the Mac # and my e-mail I did use 2 different e-mails, that I can send. Would this be enough?
