I have 40mb i did a speed test and everything is fine. I tried DNS 8.8.8.8. And also 8.8.4.4. In a netgear routee. I tried advance
Settings, factory defaults and putting all the data again, vidon.me. I also have a vixo fuse and im also having problems with tv online. I also tried watching youtube about the buffing issue and nothing is working and i have 40 mb. Can someone help me with something i havent already tried? Thank you

A few questions 40mb on what DSL, Cable FIOS? What channels are you having issues with all of them one or two?
I have COX 130mb on docis 3.0 netgear AC1750 buffer free for the most part dont get me wrong there are still channels that dont work right but i usually will just change and watch something else. I use a FUSE, TVOnline and VIXO 2.
Now my neighbor had all kids of issues he was on 15mb with cox docsis 2.0 motroloa modem as soon as he changed out his modem to a new version docsis 3.0 everything works perfectly.
I would look at the modem if you have not done so already changing the DNS from what I can tell does little to nothing as your ISP is still going to bounce you to what it thinks is the best route.

Forgot to ask are your using the box wireless or plugged in to CAT5?
I'm not familiar with Mega however they maybe throttling you have you tried a VPN to see if you can get any improvement?

You can also try this free online test:
https://www.battleforthenet.com/internethealthtest/
which can show whether your ISP is likely tampering with your internet speeds.

Nice to see the VPN worked.
By the way if you are in the United States it is now illegal for cable companies to throttle your service per the new net neutrality law I would report them so they stop doing that to you and others. Below is a link to file a complaint with the FCC.
