Mag 254 doesn't play m3u files.

this isn't the first time i load international live channels links m3u files in a mag 254 via home media, and its always working fine. This time i'm having a little bit of trouble getting the m3u files to play in mag 254 although they're working flawlessly in vlc player in pc, i'm wondering if someone can help solving this issue, i'm not going to post one of the links right now so someone can test if they like since i'm not sure if its allowed to do so, but i can post a link later on if needed.
