Every time I try and search my route# I get "Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card has been charged". Problem is that I've had my route number for days now and this message has been showing for more than 48 hours. I've tried to contact the support team and they've been dicking me around when all I want them to do is change this mac address and get the rest of my month going. Please help

how can I change my mac... says I have done it to many times in 24 hours.... I was just trying to setup my kodi but wasnt having any luck

Thanks rockycat. It finally works again I also gave it couple days after you reset my mac. I was getting frustrated. I'm able to search my route # again!!!
