Do you want to share the list of UK channels that seem to be HD, I know 78 - ITV is pure 720 HD, but ITV 3-4 so far are still SD.

Edit: So far from 78 - 143, only 78 is HD

Edit 2: So far from 78 - 204, nothing new in HD besides 78 - ITV
