All I get is black screen... no barber pole.
Everything was working just fine last week.
1. I rebooted. That did not help. Still black screen.
2. I checked my software = 218 latest is 218. I do not need to update.
3. I pulled the plug and left it off for a while. Plugged it back in. Still portal does not connect.
I am stumped.

Big dady, question with the checking internet n freezing fixes etc. on youtube is say clearing user data then resetting user data in the inner portal would help but my question to you is would this clear or delete anything vital as to my setup and linkage with papai and mag address etc or is it just the normal network setting and general user info that is easy to replace that would be cleared and need inputting after the reboot

Even though it may have the latest software, do a software update anyway.

Did you reset your internet as well?

Okay. Just got back to working on this.
1. I can ping it from my computer room. It is definitely connected to my network.
2. Status says that the link is UP.
3. All I get is blue barber pole now. No yellow.
4. All the rest of my internet is running just fine including 3 IKS units. Reset router would be major ordeal right now. Maybe try that tomorrow morning.
5. It is hard wired ethernet. Router --- ethernet switch --- Mag 254.
This thing has less than crap built into it to tell you what is wrong when it isn't working.

go check your donation code and see if your mac addy is right on it.
If it is then unplug your mag and then hit the iptv reset.
Then try it.

Thank you all for your kind suggestions.
It was my #@^#%#@ Linksys WRT-1900AC router! Last night I looked at its network map. It was way fraked up {as in fractured client table}. This morning I rebooted the whole network and all is back to what we would like to think of as normal.
Big Daddy was right. The box had no internet because the router didn't know where to connect. Good router but way flaky. As I think about it, I had a power flicker a couple days ago. I'll bet that is what fraked my router. {as in fractured the client table just to be clear}

Linksys isn't a good router, don't kid yourself.
