Problem with Mag 254 BOX

My Mag 254 box goes dark upon trying to load the portal. I have done numerous reboots, but the same thing happens. The screen goes dark after it tries to load the portal. Any ideas? Thanks

Do a software update and that might fix that problem.

I TRIED REBOOTING AND GO A WHITE SCREEN WITH THE MESSAGE "500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" NOW THAT IS A FIRST i guess the shit just hit the fans

I had the 500 error yesterday. Just left the box unplugged for a couple hours while I did other things. Came back plugged in and everything was fine.
