Iptv stalker freezes 5 seconds after chAnnle loads

Hello I just installed the new IPTV stocker I got everything set up with my code in my mac address everything loads up but when I go to pick a channel it loads it plays live for a couple seconds and then the picture freezes but the sound is still Playing in the background and never goes back to a full picture any idea what I'm doing wrong

Turn off hardware acceleration in the video settings in the Kodi system settings.
