Order not being processed

I placed an order on 3/25 for one month IPTV. I have checked the status and it still says wait 24-48 hours. It's been more than 48 hours and I didn't get a route. How long does it take to process? I have confirmed that the payment was charged to my CC.

sent a private message to craze 2.0. Have your route #, email address you paid with, payment type and service. Does an excellent job with helping you get your donation

You should try to use the contact form on the site the same thing happend with me i made the payment but didnt recive the route email i used the contact form and they got back same day
