Does any one know are all the channels in 480 quality

Most USA channels are 720x480, the UK ones are mostly 640x360 but for both USA/UK/Internationals you will still find ones that vary.

if your running kodi you can press the O (as in OHHHH) key on a keyboard and it tells you the resolution of the channel.
