authentication error, Using mag 254 for one route and kodi for the other

New to the site but not new to iptv. Having issues with authentication error. Using mag 254 for one route and kodi for the other. I have gone into route checker to verify, reset Mac addy and reset iptv. Still getting error on mag254. Had the other server provider that starts with N and have new donation on another Mag254 that is working with no problems.
If I have posted in the wrong section, I apologize. Can someone please help? Not getting any help in other areas.

And what MAC addys are these route assigned too?
Have you got the Mag MAC addy correct ?
Prefix of 00:1A:79

Kodi prefix would be 00:1A:78


the Route number for iks66 is same login credentials as the nfps donation number, but iks66 is 13 digits where nfps is 12 digits
Do you have that correct ?

You cannot use the same MAC address with 2 different devices at the same time in one donation, you either just use the mag 254 or kodi.

Like I said I am not new to IPTV. I do not have the same Mac address on two (2) different devices. I am only working on the Mag254 at the present time. To answer crazed 2.0, I have checked mac address many times and the 00:1a:79 for the mag is correct. If I have a bad route number, would I still get an error message when putting in login and password. As of know I have exceeded check route, iptv reset and mac addy. Have to wait 24 hrs! The login and password that I received from the same re-seller works with no problem for NFPS. Crazed 2.0, if you want I can send you a PM. Thanks, for the help.

yes, send me a PM meassage with info, include email and MAC needed and route number used as login and pass

They had your MAC set for the mag receiver with the stalker Kodi prefix of 00:1A:78
That has now been corrected.
Try it now :)

It works, thank you very much. I already have the other route on Kodi. At least I know where to go for good information
