What should I be looking for if troubleshooting my ISP's connection to the IKS66 server? I saw another member doing pings to the server. Is this a good method and if so what should I be looking for? Also if not then what is the correct method to troubleshoot?

EDIT: Just sent 20 packets and results below

doing alot of pings to the server can be a bad thing from the servers perspective.
But go ahead and try it, pinging it once should be all you need.

Updated first post with results. I did do the test two more times and got no loss. However i did get up to 2099ms on second attempt.

yep you are loosing packets somewhere. it takes some pings (20 or more) to discover it sometimes.
