it was slow to connect but all is up ,power off and on again then hit connect to server .

It is like any other day, up and down, more time down than up.

Let's not exaggerate. It's up way, way more than it's down. If you're down most of the time, there's something wrong at your end.

I am getting connection error using stb emulator (7.14.01). Reloaded portal several times, still no go. Anyone having the same problem ?

Did you reboot the device? I'd start there. If that doesn't do it, I'd try an IPTV Reset.
