Resetting MAC address for re-registration

I've tried resetting my MAC address on the Papiao site and each time it kicked me out and said that i was already registered . When i logged back in the MAC address was not changed (still at 000000000). After 3 attempts I'm locked out until tomorrow. Am i supposed to hit the RESET IPTV button or still try RESET MAC ADDRESS button. Don't really want to make a mistake and be locked out for another 24hrs.

There really is no need to reset a MAC address if it was working before, unless you are switching devices. Just do a RESET IPTV, next time. If you continue to only get zeros, and have a valid donation, e-mail [email protected] for help.

Finally got back in and selected the Reset IPTV. now the message is "There's an error, You cant reset this MAC:
You cant reset the same mac more than 2 times per day." Didn't try to reset the MAC address ,tried that yesterday and ran out of "Trys", tried to reset IPTV once.
Any ideas where to go from here? MAC address still reads 00000000.

You just come up with one as long as it starts with 00:1A:78 and then you can add: 12:34:55 and you need to use the same address in your client as well as on papiao site.

Finally able to get back into my subscription page at papiao code checker. when i go to reset Mac address it gives me instructions to use a cert series of numbers(00:1A:78) to begin the address. It also says these should be used with a" emulator ",Im unsure if a MAG254 is a emulator

No, a MAG254 is not an emultator, the MAGs are set top boxes that the service was initially intended for. In your case, your MAC is what you see on the screen or the bottom of your box and you link that to your donation.

The caveat posted is to guide users of any app or addon that can change their MACs to use the 00:1A:78. In your case, the MAC can not be changed and starts with 00:1A:79.

Following directions for your box would have avoided your problem with trying to change a MAC that can't be changed. I suggest you read the section dedicated to your box instead of posting in the 'server' section for help next time.

Ok reset Mac address ,now when i try to log in and I put in my donation # i get an error message. Into day # 4 with this mess and beginning to get frustrated.
I have not been able to figure out how to change Mac address on Mac 254 , thought each unit had individual address.

Dis regard last post but things were a lot simpler before having to do all this stuff. So I assume I have to go back in another day and change back to original address in my box?
