my picture is in left corner help on my kodi

my kodi box is only playing the picture in the left corner tried everything we can just wondering what to do

Problems like this are often due to a video acceleration issue. You might try adjusting the video acceleration method (from hardware to software) to see if that will straighten things out.

System > Settings > Video > Acceleration > Uncheck "Allow hardware acceleration" items.

You will need to have Settings Level on Expert to get to the settings.

my box is new just plugged in yesterday it loaded up fine I have two boxes an both are in left corner I bought mxq pro 4k

Did you try calibrating video output to see how that impacts playback?

Settings > System > Video Output > Video Calibration
