Issue with MAG 254

Good Day,

Within the last week, I noticed an issue with the MAG 254. On occasions when I put in a channel number (any channel number) directly from the remote, or I use the channel up or down button, the unit fails to respond and go to that particular channel. If you press the home button on the remote, you will see "loading" at the bottom of the screen with the channel list. After about 2 minutes, the channel will eventually change. Anyone experiencing a similar problem, what might be the cause, and how can it be fixed? Thanks for your input.

I have not heard this before and my Mag254 seems o be fine, Usually some thing like this is a firmware issue so make sure you have the latest one installed.

I have R10 installed. I had R14, but had to revert back to R10, because it produced very slow channel changes and also took a while to load up. IPTV, what firmware are you using?

I am using R14
