Hi Support,

I have donated at IKS66 to test the IPTV access however I am currently struggling to have it work. If this issues are related to KODI / Android player and is expected to work seamless in MAG254 then I am happy to invest in a new device however I need to know if that is the case. Below is my story so far in last two days:

Device: OTT TV Box Model: M8S (Android Player)
Build: Kodi 16.0 Git:2016-02-20-a5f3a99

As requested in the email, I have added the last six digits on my Mac address to https://iks66.tv (https://iks66.tv/)

1) First attempt unsuccessful using provided add-on
Pvr.stalker.nfps-android-arm_20160131.zip
“Failed to installed Pvr.stalker …”
“The dependency on xbmc.pvr version 1.9.6 could not be satisfied.”

2) Second attempt with native plugin in Kodi 16
Add-on – PVR clients – Stalker Client

Settings on the client
Mac Address: Provided the last 6 digitals of the Mac Address
Server Address: http://mw1.iptv66.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html
Login: As provided in the email from IKS66.tv
Password: As provided in the email from IKS66.tv

Channels loaded in Stalker client and I was able to browse the selection.

3) Third attempt using Stalker Client
Next day when I launch Stalker Client it continued to give “Authentication failed. Retrying.”
Below steps tried to address the issue without any success:
• Disabled Stalker Client and redefined the configuration
• Deleted entire KODI application and installed it again and configured Stalker Client again
• Redefined the Mac Address on https://iks66.tv (https://iks66.tv/)

Also I have tried on Kodi 15 and 16 on my Windows 10 PC to check if this issue is anything to do with the Android box however the issue of Authentication failed persist. Also I managed to download and launch Stalker Client NFPS on Android and Windows PC however it does not work. I suspect the authentication gateway at the server is not allowing this connectivity.

I wanted to test the IPTV concept and its maturity hence I selected IKS66 as it allowed me to purchase one month donation whilst the other two ( NFPS, Rocket) had minimum 1 year donation. Would you know if all these services link up to the same set of servers or different. I just want to know which one would consist least connectivity issues and quicker support procedures if I were to invest for a year of donation.

Can anyone please shed some light on how best can I address this issue and get access to what I have paid for.

Regards,

B

Hi guys,
Would anyone be kind enough to provide me a direction on what I should do to have access to channels. I was planning to provide a yearly donation but this authentication issue has put me in dilema.

have you received and entered the login information ?
The username and password ?
The Route number

stick with iks66 with their monthly option . Once you get it working then iks66 will do fine for yearly too

Yes buddy. I have received 13 digit number username/password from iks66.tv

I have provided the same in Stalker Client NFPS for Android and Windows. I have checked the route number which shows status as "Running" and remaining days as "28 days". However the irony is that I haven't yet watched even one day. I have updated the MAC address with last six digits of android player and also from the Ethernet card of my desktop PC. Also tried "IPTV reset" option on iks66.tv website. Not sure how do I proceed from here. If there is a sure way to make it work I am happy to follow it. If buying a MAG254 will address the issue then I am prepared to do so. I really suspect there is an authentication issue at iks66.tv as both stalker client on android and Windows are giving the same message "Authentication Failed. Retrying." Not sure if there is any way to validate the account is configured correctly on iks66.tv servers.

IKS66.com also has a forum which is http://fta66.com/. When I wrote there for connectivity issue, they asked me to query on iptvtalk.net for resolving the issue. Not sure who is expected to address it.

Would it be possible that ISP is blocking the URL address for streaming the stations. Is there a way for me to check if the URL is not blocked. Can you please confirm what URL I need to test for connectivity and simply test it on a browser is sufficient or there is another way to test the client and web server connectivity.

yes it is possible

To test that, try a VPN service

There are free VPN services, too. They'll work fine for testing purposes. Google "free VPN."

A quick check to see if you are getting blocked from the server is to put the server url (e.g. 11.iptvrocket.tv) into a browser. If you don't get the blue screen with a horizontal barber pole, something is kooky with the internet between you and the server... could be your LAN, your ISP, the routing, or the server itself. A VPN or a ip proxy is also a good check, it changes what your connection looks like to the internet.

I can confirm that UK BT Broadband have black-holed mw1.iptv66.tv (31.220.41.93) in the last few days. (Blocked all IP traffic to it). The service now only works through VPN on my BT connection.

Have you tried iptv66's direct url?

I have tested on browser the URL: 11.iptvrocket.tv and Mw1.iptv66.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html, both of them show blue screen with a horizontal barber pole.

I have now installed Kodi 15.2 on my Android MS8 Player. When I try to enable Stalker Client it gives the message "Unable to load channels". When I try to enable "Stalker Client NFPS" it says "Authentication Failed. Retrying".

Also tried IPTV STB Emulator on my android device and it says "Authentication error". Then I tried the generic STB Emulator from Google Play using URL : Mw1.iptv66.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html and my donation username/password. In both the Emulator, I can see blue screen and horizontal barber pole but when I press the OK button it does not proceed further. I believe there is an issue with the donation number that I have received from iks66.tv

Is there a way to disable this donation and issue me a new donation number to ensure there is no issue with this account that have been issued to me.

Have you tried iptv66's direct url?

The main websites work. ie http://iptv66.com. Its just the mw1.iptv66.tv that has no routing when I'm using BT. It's no problem because I use VPN anyway. Is there another direct URL then?

Could any of the moderator pls explain what I am expected to do next. It's pity one month subscription goes wasted without having the ability to use the service for even a single day.

I have an Android device M8S and a Windows 10 PC. Pls give me one single reference which I can follow to make it work, even if it means use a specific version of kodi with addons or use a specific emulator designed for iks66.com from where I purchased my subscription.

I'm in the same boat. I have 2 donations but I can't access the account to change anything. Shows wrong captcha... It's not one showing at all to enter. Clearly it's a problem with the site because I'm following the instructions in the email.

Iptv66 if that helps

Hi Tyty

Have you tried. https://iks66.tv/main/search

This URL works for me with the captcha and I am able to update Mac address. However my journey of IPTV ends here as none of the application/ kodi addons seems to respond to this credentials. There needs to be atleast one dedicated admin who can the very least confirm if the account is configured correctly. I feel I wasted my donation.
