i purchased a new KODI box that already has IPTV stalker and NFPS installed as add on , i keep getting authentication failed when i attempt to access the sky tv that i donated to when i got the box . I am new at the computer game and am not very tech literate at all . any help would be apreciated

bought from a reseller , got a print out with a registration # etc, with a mac address , had problems and reseller had me change the mac address , reseller got impatient because i had alot of problems and told me to contact forums for help from now on.

reseller with little to no result , at first was going through iptv then NFPS , but he sent me new chips that had a TV option on main menu , now there is no TV at main menu and have to go back through iptv and NFPS , but NSPF says authentication failed

You are going to need to get the order number and donation number from him... Without that there is absolutely nothing anyone can do to help you. Unfortunately that is the problem with resellers! We encourage everyone to not to buy from resellers for this exact reason! They take your money then don't help you and tell you to come here for support... People only buy directly from The source!!!

Good that's a great start, so what are you using for a box/ setup??

i bought it from detroit DIY electronics off amazon it was listed as vsteaming KODI with add ons on amazon the box itself has nothing on it to descibe what kind of box it is

I would suggest trying an IPTV Reset. Depending on your service, go to the proper site.

i checked all 3 and my donation number isn't recognized by any of them , i donated to a reseller , he supplied a sheet with a donation # , IPTV portal , server(s), status , # of days and a MAC address

i did check out the donation # when i first got it and the site i used it was active , but can't remember the site i originally checked it

found the original site and it is not recognizing my donation number , i think i got hosed by the reseller

If you can contact him, tell him your plight. Some will help out. Many will ignore you.

It is best to buy from the source (Rocket, NFPS, IKS66). You won't go wrong following that course.

No that's not how it works. Before you end up losing more money do some reading on this forum on how things work. Like with anything you buy you need to learn how things work....all the answers are right here on this site.
