authorization failed

is there a problem with iptv stalker rip and iks66. I have all the settings in correctly and been doing this for a long time yet myself and many other boxes i have set up are all getting the exact same message of authorization failed. is there something that i am missing. the mac addresses are all correct and match with the website

RIP Stalker is a clone and therefore can not be authenticated and therefore will not be allowed on the server.
Get a authentic Stalker version and try again.
