Channels not working

Hi to all

I'm using windows 8.1 kodi 16 and the ninja epg all working correctly but I'm have some channels that aren't working I've checked the list dated the 12/3/2016 posted on here and they are suppose to work.

All other channels work fine these channels just give me the spinning circle and then they time-out :(.


I had commented on this problem in another post but it wasn't clearly explained how to resolve it.

If they are down on the server side then there is nothing you can do on your end except wait until they are fixed.

does (channel has an issue at the server side) bring the "Working" to keep spinning for a while and nothing happens!! is syfy down nowadays for example.

apologies i am not new to this and i would like to know if it is with me or the channel is down

I do believe SYFY was down yesterday, but I haven't tried it today. If most channels are running, but you hit a few that result in "Working..." it is most likely a channel issue at the server end.
