I dont have donation number

OK, 4 months ago I got a yearly subscription trough reseller he has never provided me with donation number, only mac, now what can I do to finish my other 6 months subscription since I need the donation number to log in any advise or suggestion.

Hammer him for the donation number and also the order number.
