Please help Urgent! Problems with (Renew Router) from the RESELLER Panel

I have a Reseller Panel and not letting me renew my clients and there are some who will stay service very soon and this concerned me all this. It is happening, as I can make these renovations? Please I need urgent help we have been through many problems in February and I have had to make many inventions to keep customers and this can be a disaster if we continue to have problems.
