Unable to renew routes

I am unable to renew existing routes in my reseller panel, I have existing credits but I am getting a you don't have enough credits message.

Need 8 or more I think.

You don't understand, I have over 20 credits available in by reseller panel, but is unable to renew routes.

I have the same problem here with 122 credits available, some solution to this?

With the new pricing you may have to contact your service(iks66.com and question them.
