USA channels slow fire TV stick

Anyone know what could happen? Why the USA channels image looks slow like if running sometimes in slow motion, other countries I tested works perfect. Note the slow problem is not buffering issues or something like that is simply something like just a little slow motion and/or slow movement of the image and I can hear audio.
