Hi,
I've bought two donations a few months ago and they have both been working fine until recently. I use the service on Kodi and over the last 2 days, both my donations no longer work. When starting up Kodi, I now get the message: "Authentication failed. Retrying.".
When checking my donation via https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps this is what it says:

I had this issue with my first donation and so brushed it off and decided I'll use my second donation no and set it up. Was working fine for a few days and now this seems to have blown up as well.
Why has this happened to BOTH my donations? It seems like it has magically been removed off the database. Both my donations still have around 212 days remaining, bought directly from NFPS and it's frustrating to see this happen considering the amount paid.
Would appreciate if anyone can tell me what's going on. Is anyone else experiencing this as well?
