^^^ Done exact same as well as you "IPTV reset - mac change - reboot box and router - still same error"
I also deleted & disabled all PVR data as well so as double cover no conflicts.
be great when it is fixed as the PVR and STB Emu suck in comparison.
Did you start from default settings on the addon settings? Best practice is to start from scratch on configuration, do an IPTV reset if you first don't connect.

it was an internet routing issue - unable to connect to
http://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/
stick on vpn and it works,

stick on vpn? what does this means?

It means he used a vpn and was able to connect using that. The URL timeout may have been due to selective blocking of ip addresses at the time.

Im really curious on what this statement actually means? Why would Ip addresses be "selectively blocked" ?
BTW my box started after a few hours to load. The channels are still patchy. Sometimes it loads up and sometimes i still get the url error. Weird.

Maybe there was 'testing' or a geographical block. It's the internet.
