MAG 255: 1.iptvprivateserver.tv not supported?

Helle guys!

My MAG 254 works very good with your upcoming server 1.iptvprivateserver.tv

But when I work with my "MAG 255" the server will not start thru and the text message appears:
Your STB is not supported

Below of that text message:
Red spot: Reload portal
Yellow spot: Account info
Blue spot: Payment

Will this be solved?

But my two "MAGs 255" are working both with some other Servers, my AuraHD International Second Edition f.e.:

Portal 1: Wo---, ok
Portal 2: Fr---, ok
Portal 3: 1.iptvprivateserver.tv, blocked
Portal 4: Re---, ok
Portal 5: DM---, ok

After the updates of the Firmware to r10 both MAG 255 got a new model names:

AuraHD Plus before update: Model: MAG255, after update: Model: AuraHD2
Aura HD International Second Edition before update: MAG255, after update: Model: AuraHD8

All other servers are not blocked, only 1.iptvprivateserver.tv...
As I remember, the AuraHD, aka MAG 255 worked good with 1.iptvserver.tv, before the update!

The MAG 254 works with all servers!!

I will also remind you we don't discuss other private servers here...if it involves a cost keep it to yourself. I'm sure there are European sites that can better address your problems, thks..

In your 1.iptvprivateserver.tv portal settings, try to change your model to a MAG 250. see if this works for you

I am not able to get into that Portal, so I cannot change any settings. Please, try to explain what I can do...

This was all explained to you..I'm not going to go through the whole thing again..The 255 is a closed system box for VeriMatrix operators. This does not apply to our service and the simple fact is the box won't work for it. This is all explained in the previous link I gave you. Case closed...

Mag 255 is a closed platform as for the mag 254 its a open platform that is why it works.
