I'm still new to this forum and IPTV. I'm trying to understand how I can configure Kodi to record TV from my channels given that they are retrieved via my stalker. I installed NextPVR and see where I can put the URL for a channel in and that might give some success but I don't even know where to get that information when the channel list is retrieved via a stalker. I've looked a bit userdata and found the XMLTV information for my guide but so far I haven't made much progress. Any pointers that someone can give would be appreciated.

The nice thing is just about every program you can think of is available from a Kodi addon (e.g., Genesis Specto, Phoenix, etc.) shortly after it airs, so there's very little need to record.

some people like to record it so they can play it where there is no internet

Thanks for the replies. I'm looking at the site posted by wickedjoker. I think it would be a nice thing to be able to stream various things and record if desired so you save them for times when not online or just to have locally. I'll keep looking. If nothing exists that meets the exact need it might be the opportunity to create something ... although I think something must exist already.
