Cannot update Mac address issues

I Purchased new donations today, but getting error Mac address could not be updated. Can anybody help with this? Who can I contact?

I haven't seen anyone post that the system isn't working to update Macs. But with that said you can wait until a Mod comes on to see if they can help you... When you are entering the MAC address are you starting it with 00:1A:78?

No, I use the Mac address off my fire stick. Is their some where else to get a Mac address?
