I purchsed my rocket back in september.I can understand being down/freezing every once in a while but not every day or every other day.I would like to know why we are experiencing these problems on rocket and not just "we are under maintenance"

I understand your frustration Cretan because I remember the days when that was me but I know that lately its been better. Also I know that alot of private iptv servers have similar issues. Its just the name of the game.
At the end of the day we aren't paying cable fees so we cant really expect no issues. But I do look towards that for the future.
I wish there was a system available to show live server and channel information like bandwidth % or something but again from what I been reading its good and working for some and not others. Until then we will turn to each other for any updates.

If your having constant freezing daily then it's your setup or ISP provider. There is very little freezing on the system lately. If you would like I can post many of the reasons it's not the service and could be something else..Also are you using your box wireless?? In previous threads you mentioned you were...

some isps may be throttling the service to make it work poorly.. try with a VPN.

if you are using kodi, make sure hardware acceleration of any type is tuned off.
The stream are SD streams, they hardly need 125Kb/s (0.125Mb) bandwidth. Press 'o' when watching in KODI to get the steam size.

Hi anyone having ISP problems should try to change there DNS to one of the free ones on the net. google it. Some ISP's have crappy DNS. But it depends try it anyway...

If you want a good Mac program to find the best DNS, checkout Namebench. It's free.
