donation problem

i have several accounts that are supposed to be still active but every time i go to iptvrocket.is use the link a mac it says "Sorry but there is not match with the information provided or your Donation expired a long time ago" but that's not true i have plenty of time left. when i goto check donation i get a page error. what can i do to fix this?
