over one month and still nothing

my credit card was billed 400 bucks for 3 rockets on february 1st. still nothing no email or anything. send a few emails to them no respond. sucks !! i think this is bullshit ,i heard other people have same problems .why u closing this threads so quick

dont have order #. i had 500 canadian on my card and was trying to buy 4 donation but was bouncing a few times didnt know why ,then i figure out is not enough for 4 donations , then i switched to 3 , and went through but get confused with this so many try and didnt save order #. can send it to you email i used and last 4 digits of my credit card. if this will be enough.. thanks
