auth failed

hello i have be working on my android box the past 5 hours have watched the step by step video several times and still getting auth failed there has got to be a better way of handling this . im no computer expert it seem like you have to be to watch tv with this stalker client. is there anyone else having the problem. also i dont understand why we have to change mac address and reset if you do it too much you then have to wait 24 hours

stalker client is working fine... once the info is in the config, one unlink and relink if needed and clear tv data should get things up

i even tried that used different mac address samething im going to try clearing everything out and start fresh. hope it work
