retrieve donation

I purchased yrly donation from iptv4less.com last year aug. They just sent me mac address and that's working fine since then, they never gave me donation no.
From last 4 days, i get ITV authorization failed
after referring few threads here, i noticed i had to either use pvr stalker nfps client or stb simulator, both requires donation no as input.
I'm sending requests for sending me the donation number but not getting any response from them.

Is there any way to retrieve my donation no?

They are a total scam company and should be censored so nobody else gets scammed by them!! Don't buy from them! And again everyone spend the extra money and buy directly from the source and not a reseller! When you buy directly you don't have to worry about being scammed or worrying about your personal information. When you buy from a Reseller there isn't much anyone can do to help you!
