View Full Version : Unable to load channels
I'm running Kodi 15.2, stalker client 0.8.4 with an IKS66 route and I'm just getting the unable to load channels error.
Is it just me that's set the PVR up incorrectly or is there a widespread issue?

Been having 'unable to load channels' for two days now.. I posted this same issue 2 days ago, but no response helped. Same configuration as JD95.
I lean toward a server issue. This 'Unable to stream URL ' looks like a connection problem. Been having this message ON/OFF for a long while, yet my settings remained the same.

the answers are posted many times. You have to look for yourself if no response for your inquiry
I know there is alot of info to go thru, but that is better then waiting two days :)
For the record I have followed the instruction thread to the letter.
Could you at least give a hint on where is best to look?

Okay, tried this and the error is now authentication failed. Ugh.
Post your settings (but not your MAC or donation info).

Do both of you have fire boxes? It seems many people are having issues with those boxes. I did read a few post that the fire boxes are not especially great for this service, I believe they said something about the software on the boxes. Hopefully there is a fix to get you guys up and going error free! I can't remember if it was a post in this site or another, I will take a look for it.

That value will only go up to 15? or am I looking at the wrong thing here?

kodi jarvis 16 goes all the way to 120.... You probably using kodi 15..... it still will work
Sorry, that's for 1.0.3, wasn't sure what it was for the Kodi 15 version.
Did you specifically try to find TV29.db and delete it?
Yes, I HAVE deleted it.
Would it be worth just upgrading to 16 and having the newer version of the PVR?
There is no hurt in trying that. I recommend starting from fresh, but that would delete all your other addons, which actually may be a good thing. You would do that by uninstalling Kodi, and when it asks if you want to delete your userdata folder, click on the box that would allow it.

If your on Fire TV. Go to manage installed application and clear data. It wipes kodi without uninstalling and re-sideloading it
Okay, I rebooted Kodi and I'm no longer getting the error message - downside is, nothing is happening at all. It tells me there's no PVR client available when I click on the live tv optiion on my home menu, yet it's enabled?
Should I just start the whole thing from scratch?

Hey JD95 you can always checkout Tech Timeruuu YouTube channel. He has step by step instructions
I did this and I still got the same error. Even upgraded to Kodi 16 to see if, for whatever reason, that might be my issue. I get authentication failed, retrying now.
I think I need to change my MAC address though as that's the final thing to try but I've already done the max searches for one day as I tried so many times last night... But I also need to downgrade to 15.2 again as some of my add ons don't work properly on 16.
Could an admin maybe help me to change my MAC over? or am I just gonna have to wait until I'm able to search the route again?

went on rocket site. reset IPTV
then went on settings, disable TV and did another clear data.
Enabled TV and system is back up.
my two cents...

You will have to wait
It's allowing me to search again so I've just changed my MAC and retried and nothing. :(
Will give post 20 a go later on. :)

Mac Address Mix match
Hi guys I'm getting and MAC address mix match after setting up epg ninja add on on my kodi 16.0.
I've reset my MAC address and changed it a few times and configured my donation number password to match.
I've rebooted router and android device re enabled tv and made sure settings are all right but won't load channels.
I'm using new pvr stalker client epg ninja repo.

If you are getting a device_id mismatch, that means the server doesn't recognize the client trying to use the MAC.... which means that the PVR Stalker NFPS isn't sending the last known device_id... because you rebooted your router or modified something else in on your platform.
If you use a MAC that worked previously...DON'T CHANGE IT, just do an IPTV Reset after you verified your settings and shut down Kodi (or diabled TV).
Hi dara, just wanted to let you (and anyone else having issues!) know that the link in your signature to the sticky has got me in business and I'm up and running now. So thank you. :)
Just in case dara's signature changes in the future, this is the link -
