Does any one know what the best way to pay I tried to use my own visa and it declined it cause it's not a international visa so I would like to know how else can I pay I'm in the USA if some one could please help me thanks

look up prepaid visa's that can be used with international transactions..

If you buy a prepaid visa make sure it works for international purchases as most that you buy at the store in the USA do not work. Also definitely buy direct and stay away from resellers for your own protection!
